ATHLETIC: 4 time Varsity Letter in Cross Country and Swimming; 3 time Varsity Letter winner in Lacrosse; All-Conference in Track and Field CLUBS/EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES: Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Students for Social Awareness, Volunteer at Pennybyrn at Maryfield, IHM Youth Group, St. Mary’s Young Adult Choir.

COLLEGE HOPES/PLANS: “I will attend The University of South Carolina, Honors College Program majoring in Biology.”

WHEN NOBODY'S WATCHING: “I like to snowboard, sing and play video games. I have an interest in sports photography and like to participate in triathlons.”

PRE-GAME PREPARATION:“I listen to music with a good beat and focus on the event I am about to swim in. I also make sure to laugh and not to take things too seriously.”

Flow Automotive supports local High School Athletes who excel on and off the playing field. We will feature an athlete from a different Guilford County High School each week throughout the school year.
