What
is EZPay?
EZPay
is one of the ways we are making payment transactions easier for customers.
It is a method of direct payment by the credit card you choose. We accept
Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. If you elect this
option, your credit card will be debited when your subscription is up
for renewal. Your credit card statement will confirm each transaction
for your subscription.
If your subscription rate changes, we will send you a written notice.
This means that you have the opportunity to change your direct pay authorization
if you don't want to accept the rate change.
Direct payment is fast, secure, easy and convenient. This payment option
frees you up to do other things rather than write us a check to keep
your subscription going. Direct payment ensures that you'll never miss
the great money-saving coupons, local news, entertainment, and all of
your other favorite parts of the News & Record.
Why
didn't I receive the ad insert that my friend got?
The advertiser
who places the insert with us for distribution decides where the newspaper
should distribute these advertising inserts. Advertisers purchase delivery
to areas around their store, or to larger geographic zones, depending
on market conditions, their size, and the competition. You may receive
one advertiser's insert but not another's. This happens because each
advertiser has special needs and pays for the pattern of delivery that
best supports that need.
