Newsprint Sales
The News & Record newsprint storage is located in the rear of the News & Record. Our address is 200 East Market street but to get to the rear, you drive past the building, turn right on Church, right on Hughes street and drive to the end of the building where you drive to the door. Ring the doorbell and someone will come to assist you. Our hours are 8 to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday.
Pricing:
1 or 2 rolls: $5.00
3 or more rolls: $2.00 per roll
Exact change please, checks and cash only.
No credit cards accepted.
Free Paper Program:
•Teachers with school ID's can get 2 free rolls
• Churches with letterhead can get 2 free rolls
• Humane society can get what they need
• United Arts Council can get 10 free rolls per month
• NC Zoo can get 10 free rolls per month
• Employees can have 2 free rolls with employee ID
